While we cover all aspects of event planning, the essence of PSRT is and always shall remain the food. We are always working in the kitchen, creating new flavors, old tastes with new  twists, and innovative combinations. The food is always the most memorable aspect of our events, and we intend to keep it that way. Don't look to us for "run-of-the-mill caterer's fare"; you won't find it on our menus.
